Hey Slakr, bring your F1 car to RW. I wanna check it out. Why not run a LiFe rx pack and not deal with a booster? LiFe packs are 6.6v. So no need for a booster or reducer. Plus you give your servo the 6v for good performance.

Yeah, I'll be out there. If you need a 1s booster, try this from Novak. If that is what you are talking about. Me, I would go with a LiFe pack. But this should do you fine.

Thanks Jimmy... I'll talk to you some about it tomorrow. I haven't gotten any single cell LiPo's or electronics for it yet, so I'm still open as to what direction I can go in.
should have them tomorrow. dealers should have them in the next couple days as well. These things are selling faster then we can get them.

Got to do some testing with Brandon Shells this week with the new 1S lipo. In 17.5/NiMh configurations both of our cars are virtually equal in laptimes and both of us have reset each other's track records through out the spring and summer at the local tracks.
With my car configured with the 1c lipo it's right at .15 sec per lap slower across the 8 min run. I'm going to work on a few setup changes and see if I can't craw that disadvantage back. Currently at a ~92mm rollout with 17.5.
