What rubber tire for pavement speed runs?
 

I'm a noob when it comes to tire selection.
For concrete, is it better to run slicks or treads?
What kind of tire inserts?
26mm or 24mm?

I'm really liking HPI's scale tires with the treads for I'm using a nissan GTR body and scale rims;
Advan A038 Belted Tire 24mm (27R)
or
X-PATTERN RADIAL TIRE 26mm D-COMPOUND)
However, something tells me that these types of tires aren't optimal.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

I'll be using a:
mamba max esc,
4600kv motor
4s lipo
in a xxx-s

Target speed 75-80mph.

It gets around 72F or 22C degrees where I live (if it matters)
