Hey everyone,

Heres the last of the Ice BLue Xrays (they will all be black from now on) ready for the CA on the sides. This is the front corners sanded down for running 4mm on carpet!!!

Battery slots. VERY important-You only need to round the edges on all Warpspeed chassis and battery fits perfectly. Dont go crazy with a dremel or file or you batteries will stick out of the bottom in no time.

OOOPS-pic #1 goes with post #2, or---oh whatever!!

I did the edges with a rough sanding drum, followed by a file, then sand paper (emory cloth) and finally 600 grit till is smmoooothhh!!!

I saw John Malin's Warpspeed Xray at the Novak race and that thing is scary stiff

Ray, what I'm guessing is there's something new with the cells that makes them better at producing power than the long can cells did.

Hey all,

I picked up my hauler bags today from the Birds. I have afew super stiff Xray conversion kits now. They now come with shock towers front and rear as well. The rear shock tower allows the body to be mounted 4mm lower than before and does away with the useless top row of shock holes. The shocktwer is alo stiffer than stock. I also have some super stiff top decks as well.

SO-give your Xray a stiffy!! hehehe!!

Just to clarify what Speedxl said...........

These chassis' are not done with a dremel. They are done by Warpspeed Racing and distributed through Ray. I think Speedxl was referring to Ray's prep work on his personal cars, which is awesome.

Talking Ray's Super Smooth Diffs!

Smooth as Butter, huh Ray!

Yes Ray awesome work on the blue car. Too bad at our local track it is the exact opposite as it was at the birds. Tons of off power no on power. Just Ds luck I guess!

Hey RBlove, Dickson really appreciates the new knickname. Stuck like glue and running wild.

Later,
