Default Help !!!! I have know idea what this car is

I traded a guy a tc5 for a bunch of stuff and this car was one of the cars. he said it was a high end tamiya. Im not real sure about tamiya I am an AE guy but the car looks pretty neat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
The chassis says MLP.

The chassis says MLP.
Some of the components are from Tamiya but that is surely no high end tamiya model ever manufactured or built by them.

most replaceable parts will be tamiya parts. i believe that car was based on the TRF 415.

The MLP cars are small production runs. Or you could think of them as custom. They do use parts from other production cars. They also use completely custom fabricated parts. They only way to get it back together is to talk to the guy who cut the parts for it. Marty L. Petersen. But I can tell you he hasnt made one of them in a couple of years.
