Hello, after 5 minutes, i have 85 degrees of celcius, is it normal?

the x12's run a little hot, wjhat FDR are you running? what timing on the motor?what settings are on the esc??

timing on motor - 0. ESC is Sphere tc, setting - 3.

It is normal. You need to go to a smaller pinion gear or less aggressive setting on the speed control.

How many turn is your motor ?


My friend has Transpeed 3.5T with 13mm sintered rotor ( transpeed = lrp X12 ), and he end up with 78.9C after 5 minutes run. He use 10.98 FDR

Novak said 80C is the maximum safe limit for motor and esc. More than that..... I think the electronic components on PCB board might get fried or short lived.
