Hello all. On the advice of a friend since I am giving electric a shot I purchased a Trinity Absolute Zero discharge/conditioning tray. I was wondering if I bought a dud because all the light bulbs work but NONE of the LEDs light up. Is this normal or bad news? Thanks in advance.

Let me also add that right now I am only using 4cell 1/12 scale saddle packs. Maybe the LEDs only work when the whole tray (6 cells at once) are in use? The directions tell me nothing
