Not right now, maybe later this year. I'll just keep running Mod with my TC spec and leave the SPX in the WGT!!!

I tried the LRP SXX tc in a malaysian competiton stock 11.5 for the first time.I tried profile 7 first.Dint do well. Then i Jumped to profile 9.A little improvement. Then Profile 10 for Finals as i was in D MAIN.Excellent power as dought there was a second gear.I can feel the power shift at the straight. The thing is i can use a high ratio for pick up at corners. And i get very high speed.i MANAGED 1st Place. Those whom with TC Spec and speed passion esc cant cath hole of me.

This might sound like a silly question, but what makes the SXX any better than the older sphere's/SPX's?

Slightly smaller footprint
Better cooling
More profiles allowing for more fine tuning to the track

There are more...

For stock racing you want to use the SPX esc or the Genius 90/120. They have special stock programs which the SXX does not have. The SXX is more for modified class.

Hi all

Any major difference between the normal SXX and the TC version?

From what I see is that the TC version has a heatsink, fan & thicker wires. Any difference profile or electronics wise?

The SXX and the SXX TC version should be the same except for heatsink/fan.

Your setup is for mod racing.
I currently use on my cars the old lrp tc spec.... happy with the performance.
I mainly race only either 17.5 or 10.5...my main question is with the new sxx(TC or competition spec....any diff between aside from the fan and heat sink)
would the new sxx be good for stock or the spx is still better?
Has anyone compared the sxx with spx I know its been compared to the old tc spec.
