14 guage wire on a lrp sphere ? ok??
 

can i use 14 guage wire as opposed to 13 that is speced with it.
My local lhs does not have any 13 so i have to go with 14g.
Used to be mostly 14 for racing. Will it put too much resistance on the speedo?

the current wires are too short so I need to change.

You will be fine with the 14g:nod:

what motor class are you running ?

You might even be fine with smaller 16ga wire depending on the motor and class.

If you are running 1/12, World GT 200mm Pan Car, Stock 2wd Buggy or Truck, 16ga wire will be more than adequate, also saving you some weight.
