Any recomendation on tires?

I have never race a touring car, so I don't even know where to start.

Just curious. In the same manual it says that a FDR of 4.0 is ideal for a 17.5 motor and I'm not sure what gearing would be good to obtain that.

You can run it stock or if your willing to upgrade it then it would be recomended to get the rocker arms + bearing set and the steering set would be advisable.

I'm sticking to the stock separate suspension blocks, 1A/1XA.

I bought two pairs of those, one pair for the front and one pair for the rear.

I'm also using the 1A and 1D suspension blocks...

Trying to keep mine stock until I get better at driving this. Then start tweaking it to squeeze every last bit out of this car...

I've been racking my brains out trying to find the pivot balls (#53709) so I can complete my TA05v2 upgrade with the aluminum hinge blocks.

Does anyone know any non-Tamiya pivot balls that will work? HPI? Xray?

Thanks for the input. Are the rockers weak?
I'm looking to run this in vta, is there any clearance issues with the spec rims/tires or camaro body? Anyone have a base setup for this, or is the kit setup a good start?

thanks
