here's the one that the 05Rvii kit came with - http://www.rcmart.com/tamiya-42102-5...?cPath=389_390
I love a good set of trfs, but there is no reason to go with the the lower spec ones, when the other ones are better and not much more.

Mods have to be tcs rules legal.
I found on fleabay last nite at work, p/n 42102 from hk, but think I'm gonna go local
Just in case
What do you guys think about that part?
Mike
sorry, should have been more clear - I figured you wanted Tamiya's only or else you wouldn't have asked

I'm using the ones that came with my V2R kit - so they were already threaded and all the goodies. they are also the link I posted (direct part number from the "R" manual)

I still have to help Golddust fix the Dif on his Mini before the Slowbirds

if you got the "R" kit, then you'll have threaded shocks... I think the standard V2's come with the plastic bodied ones

i need to decide if a) i'm going to make the snowbirds; b) going to run the mini or the TT01; or c) if i might get the v2 running for some class

Okay guys Im not sure if I have a problem with my Ver2 build or I screwed the pooch somehow
I was installing the rear end last night and the dog bone and setup for the left rear
seems really tight almost to the point where I could say the dog bone isn't sitting in the axle properly
Any thoughts on if I could have put that dif together wrong or something else???

Wrong direction maybe? This is basically like my M-Four, but a TC size, correct?
