What won't fit?

I know the TRF shocks and short lightweight suspension arms will, but what about the following?

- 46mm universals
- suspension blocks (non-split)
- belts
- various aluminum and titanium turnbuckles (steering and suspension)
- spool

Thanks in advance!
46mm universals will fit
suspension blocks will only fit the FF and RR (need split type blocks for FR and RF)
turnbuckles are pretty much the same
spool will fit

motor mount will not fit
alum race steering set will not fit as well (need to use the set for the TB03)

Thanks for the info. The main things I was concerned about were the universals, turnbuckles, and the spool as there is a decent amount of $ there. I don't have the motor mount or steering anyway.

Running the EX02 here on asphalt/rubber/13.5. Have to say I'm very happy with the conversion kit. Has good steering and corner speed. Converted to front shock towers though (instead of the IFS system).

Awesome! That's what I'm looking for. $60 for the Tamiya stuff is a little appalling.

why would you trade a perfectly good 416we for a v2?

just seems like your going backwards.

Is possible to use diff joints from another model for my ta05v2? I'm in Australia and to replace them are close to impossible. I can't even get the plastic ones... I really want aluminium ones after I broke mine. Nobody seems to stock any of them in my local stores and rcmart are all out too, so I have a $400AUD paperweight collecting dust until I can get spares... Sigh...

I want to enter into next seasons 540pro tourney which starts in Jan/feb. So I'm getting pretty desperate...

3racing makes alu ones, but they are out of stock. Also try below:
http://store.hkshobby.com/product_in...25ddb7c319183d

also, I'm not sure if the older ta05 ones fit, they are #9115157 whereas the V2 version is #19115157

I'm curious myself, as I have been thinking about getting a v2r tourer

edit....tamiya also make alu ones for the ta05 #49425
