Default exotek chassis - worth every penny!

The exotek chassis feels great held in the hand, and feels great on the track too - I ran the car all weekend and it was just so stable and handled consistently all the time. If it's possible to fall in love with an RC car, this will be it

Got a number of scratches on the chassis as I ran over some kerbs and metal marker discs (car's great, but the driver's lousy ) and that was painful! Typically how much abuse can a carbon chassis take? I'm so afraid I'll have a bad crash and break it. If I do, I'll cry. Fer sure...

Try SpeedTech. They carry alot of the new touring car stuff. I normally buy from them when my local hobbyshop can't certain touring things I need and Speedtech is always my first choice.

Looks like Speedtech does carry them. The spur holder is in-stock. Looks like the center shaft is out of stock at the moment. I am assuming the center shaft is the "layshaft" as I did not see it listed on the tamiya website.

Hi, i am thinking of buying a ta05v2 upgrade chassis kit. Is this the latest version? Does anyone know the tamiya part no for the aluminium front and rear bulkheads? Are they the same part for the front and the back? Also can you get a blue hard turnbukles set for the whole chassis? Part no's would be greatly appreciated. Thanks i have searched, but am a little confused since there are so many versions. Thanks

Thanks this looks amazing.
I love the attention to equalize lateral flex.
Although has anyone thought about when you bolt down a lipo how it acts as a chassis stiffener and makes it uneven again?
