Default brushless drag brake ?'s

just wondering how much drag brake do you guys set-up on your brushless esc combo for rc touring racing. Why and what are the benefits of your settings on your touring cars.I run a mamba max 5700 combo and have mine set to 20%,i like to keep my momentum going with just a bit of drag to help corner entries.

I run anywhere between 20-30% (depending on conditions) and I as well use it to help corner entry.
