There is no definitive answer. As said before, all cars have strengths and weaknesses and many cars will be capable of putting a driver with the appropriate skills on the podium.
Most people will answer based on personal preference and opinion which is a good starting point but will not provide you with an outright winner of "Best Touring Car"

whats wrong with a TA01 ? the original is always the bestest of the best.
