The body is just regular kit stock body. I have been running HPI S compound tires.

Thanks,

Just finished building my HPI kit. One thing I noticed though, the right hub seems to be less than straight when the axle spins. Is this common? Are there any parts I need to check the fitting of? It causes a bit of vibration.

Cheers
Daniel

check the bearing holders, make sure they are both the same. Example use the ones with the "2" on them and make sure both holes are up.

That, or you might have a bent axle. the stock axle is very strong though....highly doubtful its bent.

it also looks like you have uneven tire wear, that may be the reason for that also(or it can also be the angle of the picture.

lol. like the f104 i see. i like the fact that its balanced, but i like the speed of the f103 more and the availability of HPI. so.....

i may be out some time in nov. I got first place in tampa for a 1/24 model i made and entered in the hobbytown contest. if i win in my class nationwide i get $250. The hobbytown staff said I had no competition in the state. that made my head bigger by 2 inches. lol.... so my chances are good!
