Be careful with a Dremel, if you remove too much, it is hard to put back! Xacto will take longer, but can do it.

it should take you about 5 passes with a xacto blade on the diff case to make the bearing free, i dont know where you guys are useing a dremel, but i did mine with an exacto and it took my like 5 minutes to do both cases. and a rc mag i have recomends xacto

I ordered the the TC3 cases before i knew about the TC4 cases the guy who i buy off said that Associated are now doing one one case for the TC3 and the NTC3 under one number the only difference being that there is an extra bit on the case to do with the NTC3 but its not in the way. Then when i heard about the TC4 cases i ordered the diff cases and they were exactly the same as my old cases, do the TC4 cases look like this? ( on this piccy its old and the rear case is the only fitted one the front is STD) But to be honest im not bothered if there not cause they dont need any work on em they are perfect tooooooo

The new tc3/tc4 diff cases are fine. They have fixed the bearing tightness problem, they still squeeze, but they are suppose to, otherwise there will be bearing slop which=premature failure
You can tell by the little stubs sticking up to lock the case together, they are now shorter.
