Sorry....sorta busy....

Matt, ya, it's possible....

Jack, Airtronics in ALL my cars...but the TC3 I use the 358. I know it's a bit overkill, but it's fast and has REALLY good response....

Really, you use the 358 and not the 357, I definately wouldn't have guessed that. Thanks, Tony.

JR is the servo to get. The digital one is sweeeet and so smooooth. I love mine and Sean's is even smoother.

In my opinion, JR makes the best servors.

TTT = To The Top. It's an old Trinity TechTalk trick to bring the post at the top of the list. If you're not familiar with it, threads get moved to the top of the list when new posts are added and they get deleted when there are no new posts after about 24 hours.

When someone has a thread that no one has been replying to but they don't want it to die, they usually put in a post with "TTT" just to bring it up to the top and save it from being deleted.

next question: Is there a mask or material suitable for simulating carbon fibre? i just used that rubber shelf stuff. turned out pretty good, but the scale is all wrong and it's really hard to tape to the body and get a clean edge. some places where it gapped left soft mask edges. any tricks-o-da-trade on this kinda pattern?

Try painting the stuff around the carbon fibre, then use a piece of that rubber matting bigger than the space being painted. About the scale problem i have no idea.

Thumbs up TC3 Factory Team!

Hi everyone!

This is the first time I am writing in this thread and hope I am not bothering anyone.

At last my TC3 has arrived. Today I went down the track to give it a try for the first time! I was impressed with the handling. It looked like it is so easy to drive. I have to make minor setting alterations but it is looking good.

It is still a bit slower than my MR4 Special but I think that after some adjustments it will be even faster!

Can anyone advise about spur gear and pinion setup for a 5 minute race using a stock motor?

Thanks for your help!

Regards ...

Senna > What kind of Motor and what pitch are you running? In addition, do you know how big the track is? You need to change to gearing so it is appropriate to the track.

Senna,

Congratulations.

For my reply refer to Malta RC Racers. I've put it all in there already.

Regards

Joe.

Hey have you guys looking to paint carbon fiber looked at the XXX main sheets of carbon fiber sticker material? its like 8-1/2 x 11. Might be easier than painting.
