My 571/572 combos last a long time however the earlier Pit combos would eat thru the sidewalls even without crashing or touching stuff.
If I damage 71/72s it would be due to traction rolling on asphalt or smacking boards often.
I am only on my 3rd set of these and I race mine a lot with some satisfactory results, can't even imagine a better combo cuz my car feels like it's on hooked up foams since being turned on to them.
As mentioned earlier, some are liking the 577 mediums up front to settle down the steering but for me it hasn't been the ticket.

I don't have this problem on the front but the rear is a major problem for me. Even more so than some others I think as I seem to rip my tires more.
We use 571 for the front and 575 for the rear till around a track temperature of 25 degrees celcius where we then would switch to 572's. I found that repairing the tear as it starts with CA glue does the trick. They do rip again later on but I found that by the time they rip again they are due for a change anyway. Though the 575s do wear fairly quick. Just got onto my 3rd set. and I race weekly.

I just tested the car on wet track, I cant belive how good the grip is!
Will try and get more racers to track next rainy day.

Also found this, old or new news, but that is beautiful car... -And since I´m Finnish, the Hakkinen on drivers seat makes it even better.

nice work on that video. the lotus looks good in the rain
here is a shot of mine from todays session. postman delivered my exotek front nose piece thingy yesterday so gave it a good run today. it stiffens up the wing nicely.it kills almost all the vibration from the front wing endplates.
