Actually you should be able to use 9804246 from the 416. This is 0.5mm thick also.

Thumbs up Hi everybody

Hi,
I am a long time participant of the German Tamiya Euro Cup Competitions and now proud owner of the F104 chassis.
Since the car looks very much like last year's Toyota TF108 Formula 1 car I opted to paint it like this one... here's the result. I made the decals by myself so excuse me for not being to scale 100%.
The car is cup-legal in Germany. We race it with Tamiya stock ESC, Carson (in Germany a sub-division of Tamiya) stock 6-cell NiMh stick batteries and a Carson 27T stock motor issued from a motor pool at raceday to keep everybody's chances equal.

Very nice scheme there. Good job on doing the stickers yourself too!

what do you mean? If you're asking for the decals... I made them with a Brother P-Touch 2430 label printer on my PC

everybody's going to have ferraris at the track when this comes out... I might have to do another livery... RED BULL, Mclaren, Brawn maybe?

I like to make my own decals too

example:

I use my vinyl cutter for large designs (5Zigen) and my printer for the other smaller ones.. I have an ALPS MD5000 and it can print with white

Anyone know where to start on gearing for 21.5 brushless? Medium-sized outdoor asphalt.

have many mm from the top of your post to your nut? I only have the o-rings that are leftovers from dampers and that's going to pop right off with my current 3mm setting.

Default soft rear trend

Soft T-Bar is on my christmas list

I've been reading that people have removed the damper spring, which sounds pretty crazy... I'm going to put a M-Chassis M04 (red) TRF spring on mine, has anyone tried that?

What friction plate grease do people use?

I got some of the hard stuff (53176) and man is that sticky!

How is the soft (53174) compared to what the manual suggests (diff grease I think)?

it's a Nissan Sunny from ABC Hobbies and I got it from www.abchobbyusa.com

and it's an ABC Genetic Mini Chassis.. thanks for the compliment...

the John Player special was a really nice-looking car... but it will be more likely that I'll use something from the 2009 season.. maybe not Ferrari... but SOMEthing... though the Ferrari red is a beautiful color on that car...
