I'm using intellect and Venom Li-po stick packs, fit in nicely as they are the same size as a standard ni-cad pack

Typically you would use a intellect curved lipo pack.

I prefer using shorty lipos though without the locking plate and some fiberglass tape instead.

yeah. thats the only thing I can understand clearly about the process of building diff in the manual. Think J-PaP pointed out the part I've missed all along.

I am using Roche Silverback 4200MAH shorty lipo's
You have the choice with the shorties to run your electronics on the side as per stock or in front of the battery.

This F1 race video has almost gone viral!

How many views does it take before a video is considered "viral"?

I personally prefer the 3-racing versions. It's a little harder in terms of forward bite, but when I've done a back-back between the two types, I find the 3-racing one more consistent through the turn's.
I'm not a huge fan of the cut-outs, as they also tend to be weak points for the t-bar. The full (but slightly thinner) plate of the 3-racing seems to hold up to abuse better.

That's not a viral video. When you watch your local news and they show it, thats more along the lines of viral, somewhere between 2.5 and 10 million views

Much appreciated guys for your input on T-bars! I'll think I'll order the full 3racing one and the F104W T-bar to see how they go.
