does anyone know why the pit shimizu tires have to mount on foam wheels? And are they difficult to mount? Can the Ride tires mount to rubber wheels or are they also for foam wheels?

Pits are made for the Tamiya foam rims, but they will work on the Ride rims. Easy to mount on either rim. I dont know why

Pits mount on foam rims because they were made for Tamiya foam rims. They don't have the bead that the tires made for the rubber rims do.

Default My F104Pro EVO

Here's picture of my F104Pro "EVO" setup for our indoor carpet season. Tomorrow I'll be racing for the first time with short lipo battery, so I'm not sure about weight balance and steering. Maybe I should raise the back of a car and/or add camber. What do You think?

Configuration: laid down low profile servo (Exotek servo mount), custom made RC tray and posts, X1 upper deck+roll damper, X1 rear shaft counterweight, short lipo (Pro-match racing), Tekin RS and SP 17,5T motor.

BP Shadow
got my FRP chassis a while ago went out the other day at the race track to test it out i am very happy with thanks the F1 is more locked in now more than ever before, i had to change my T plate as the rear end was locked in to much

thanks again for your help.

i have a question regard ing bearings supporting the rear axle for some reason i now have a slight issue the LHR bearing always seems to fail on a regular basis, it may have something to do with our first corner maybe after a long straight and into a RH turn but i will do 2 or 3 bearings in a day.
i have no problem at all changing these as they are cheap to do so, nothing is bent does anyone else have this problem ?

I have some questions about mounting a laid down low profile servo. What servo saver are you guys using? How many spacers are you typically using to flatten out the steering arms? Are any mods to the mounts necessary to get the servo to fit correctly?

I use the savox 1251low profile servo standard servo saver you will. See longer ball studs . I have 4 mm spacer which gives me 0 bump steer
