I'll be caught up about the time they stuff me in that wooden box we're all destined for. Until then, I'll be here trying to keep up with the treadmill.
Speaking of Christmas, the earlier you order, the earlier Santa will come

Anyone ever tried double stuffing the tamiya soft rear tyres? On my track (medium grip bumpy ashphalt) i think the compound of the tyre is pretty good, but i think the usual insert is too soft for our track. What i did last night was pack a second insert from an old tyre into the tyre as well. It was hard getting 2 inserts in there and making sure it wasnt bunched anyway, but i got it eventually.

Anyone ever tried it, or have any thoughts ? Matt, you're welcome to use these tyres for the nats if you wish, im not gonna be there.

On a high bite track, i have used sedan inserts. That's about the only place that worked.

You might be better off trying to cut down some offroad inserts...

How thin wires are suitable fot the 17.5 (SP V3) motor, 16 maybe 18 AWG? I think there are max 16 Amps for the motor and 3 Amps for the BEC... 16AWG should be enough and 18AWG is too thin?

Hi, Just wanted to show my new Mclaren Body which Brad Palmer
(BPShadow) of F1 Paintlab completed for me. Brad does an awesome
job. This one is a Ferrari F60 body with Mclaren livery. Did not like
the Mclaren body with the ugly hump so I chose the F60. Regards

Nice Mclaren. I too bought from BP Shadow. His quality in decals is top notch. My F104X1 R31. Going to redue the helmet though.
