Here is the front suspension of my Exotek and F104. The aluminum brackets for the camber/caster links is sell for $10.00 a pair. I'll get his info and post later if you are interest.

Pretty cool Max...though I'm thinking more along the lines of the Laje front suspension for the 1/12th scale modified for the F104.

Maybe sometime in Jan but not right now and probably just a limited run (the Tamiya 104X is limited run by the way). Different color ways for conversion makes inventory a mess and I still need to put together inventory for the F1R up-conversion for the EXO104/103 owners. From the average racer black anodizing always gets the response them of thinking it's plastic and also it does not photograph well for promoting of goods.

A picture with your post, when trouble shooting, will probably get more rctech help than without...

When you buy the Tamiya X1 hop up kit side damper mount etc., those come in blue unlike the X1 car kit's pieces.

Me too, ran it last Saturday at Tamiya's track and felt great with the Shimizu tires and short battery.
Finally feels like a race car.

The battery is a Shorty LiPo 2s 3800 60c Excelorin first introduced for the TLR Losi 22 buggy. Weighs about 200g.
Can get em at http://www.speedtechrc.com/store/ebp...d=596&id=10735
Others are available from Revtech, Promatch etc.
Fits tight like it's big brother 5000 packs, no tape just held in by top deck.
Could also add tape around battery if wanted.
I loosen the top deck screws and slide it out if I want to remove it or move it forward or rearward.
