I believe the front wheel bearing is a 5x10x4 bearing and the pinions are 0.4 module if the spur gear is a Tamiya one.
Try e-bay, i am sure you will find it there or another hobby shop??

Quite right... any 64dp pinion will work with the 104, in fact, works fine with any 0.4module spur.
And the bearing should just be a standard one in the size mentioned.

Sounds like you need a new local shop...

How is the ground clearance?
What have you done with the side demper?
I always try to get the front lower then the rear.
Use a thin sirup or oil in the side demper and dail out some steering.
Remove the centre screw(iff allowed) out of the T-bar and CA glue a damper cussion(you know the pink one that goes on top of the shock blader) in it's place.
This will get you a even softer rear end.

Running mine this weekend, got one qualifier left, and I'm lost! Running 25 shore rears, 45shore fronts, black front springs, and it's super front endy.
Tried loads to get rid of the almost instant front end, but so far to no avail... help!

Cheers

The model shop owner is an idiot.
If there's nowhere to run the car then why on earth did he have one then!

There is an active F1 racing community in the UK, which is going from strength to strength. For example, have a look here and it's not too far away from you. The 3Racing F109 is the most popular car but it isn't any faster than anything else - the fastest F1 at my local club is a well driven F104Pro.

Bearings can be bought anywhere, they aren't specific to the car and any 5mm by 10mm bearing will do, like this one.

For the pinion gear, you can pick up 0.4 module pinions from any Tamiya dealer, but Tamiya are the only company making the 0.4 module pinion and spur gears, so can be hard to find in stock when you damage the spur gear. The kit comes with a 25T pinion, like this. As an alternative get one of these gear adapters and you can switch to the more common 48dp or 64dp size pinion and spur gears that are available from many manufacturers.

Depends on the track size.
Here in Holland we use the 93 a lot with the motor(Carson Cupmachine) we are using in the Dutch Tamiya challenge.
We drive mostly with foam tires with a rollout of 50/51
So if your running foams, go for pinions from 21 to 29(with the 0.4 module spur).

You can get hard case LIPO's in there, you have to grind off part of the battery holder, and the plastic pivots need some grinding as well.
On the upside My batteries fit nice and tight.

Also if you are using the factory plastic bit at the back of the main chassis you need to grind a small bit off that to. I have the alloy 3 racing one and it's fine, no need to grind it.

It's not worth the time, you should sell it to me for $50

Too much pod droop? Ca the front sidewalls? Try trailing front knuckles yet?
