Actually, I forgot it's in my kit bag. Just havent put it to use yet since I usually just run it in a big outdoors basketball court.

Don't waste time getting that body Matt, no matter what paint scheme you go with it's awesome looking. I can't stop going to the shelf to look at mine.

the one 104 tooth one that came with the kit seems to have a high spot in it.

you can buy any sizes you like but i wouldn't think you need to go much bigger than a 106 i have just bought a few of the 104 and 106 they have no high spots in them and don't cause a meshing issue
Where did you get your spurs from? ...... Did you get the "metric" (?) 0.4 pitch or different.
What pinions

you can replace the 'tamiya pitch' spur with a standard pitch spur - at which time, you'll need standard pinions

however, in order to use a standard pitch spur (by standard i mean, the run of the mill spurs you'd use in a TC or 12th scale), you need to purchase a diff gear spacer - http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXZEU7&P=Z - because the tamiya spurs use a bearing and the standard spurs do not

my F104 never used the tamiya gears, i went straight ahead of got the spacer so i could use any spur gear i had in my collections
