Ferrari F60= bigger rear wing, bigger front wing. I have heard people say it steers less, but that may be because the rear wing is much higher. I like it because the front wing is a full width bumper. Serious

F104 Pro stock body= Some think this steers more, but the rear wing is very low, so maybe it's loose?

Personally, I don't find huge differences in the bodies, not like sedan.

Thanks guys, that was a super fun race but a little too close.
Kinda goes to show that the F104 on Tamiya tires is still far from dialed.

Marcos, Michael's dad did follow my car which was cool of him, me and the champ are dogs that been playin in the dirt for a while now.

He had way too much punch on his silver can (kind of like Vettel's Red Bull), it was much harder battling for second that just diving very fast to the finish. But that's the way to go if you can get it - just ask Sebastian

I agree with "Special K", err... "robk" (oops ). For example; on the wked I had my rear wing broken in 2 places (the lower foil & the bottom mount was twisted), by some inconsiderate lapped traffic. The effect on the track from a twisted broken rear wing was minimal (very, very minimal). Still had rear grip around high speed sweepers and low speed hairpins. IMO the wings on an F1 are an authentic decoration!!

Unlike off-road wings and Touring Car wings where they are an essential part of the cars handling!

is it possable to be fighting loose and to much steering. im running a highspeed hitec servo. this is prob over kill right?

NO!!!.... High Speed Servo's are always better imo. They make corner entry far more accurate and responsive. But what you can do is add a little deadband off center. This will make the steering less aggressive just off center and allow you to gentle steer into sweeping corners/bends, but still allow fast aggressive steering for hairpins to normal right-angle corners.....

For example, I'm running a little 12th scale servo with 0.06sec transition (@ 6v).

So Im getting ready to buy a new kit and im a bit confused at this point:

What are the differences between 104kit, 104Pro, 104W(retro bodies) and 104pro Black?

Looking forward to a description of the relative differences and merits.

104W uses the 103 front suspension and diff axle pieces
104 has the fiberglass chassis
Black edition has all the bling including a carbon upper and lower chassis plate.
I have a Vodaphone Mclaren (104) in stock and ready to ship, with more coming

are track right now does not have very tight corners. its a easey to to run. just some what bumpy. i did ur foam on the tplate trick. on the soft tplate. running the n tires up front i have a ton of steering. the only thing i did was add a 2mm shim under the shock mount on the top deck of the car. would this give me more steering? if it does im def taking it back out..
