Hinge Pin Spacers
Not sure if this is that is the correct nomenclature, but they are the spacers that go on the hinge pins to adjust the wheelbase by spacing the a arms forward or back.
What size are these usually?

3mm diameter pin (or .125"-ish), 1 and 2mm thickness common.
