Can't, won't, don't care....... I've heard them all before from SP.

We don't have a Speed Passion Distributor in Canada, nobody wants to deal with all the failures I guess.

Dealing with RCMart is worse than dealing with SP... well not really, at least they reply to e-mails.

Sounds a good time to switch to a esc manufacturer that offers support on genuine products regardless where it's bought from, and has official distributors in Canada.

Cheers
Rob.

Yeah, I already use Tekin and ORCA without any issues.

I get the feeling that the SP ESC's from RCMart may be counterfeit, thats why SP doesn't let you register them for warranty, and they tell you to go back to RCMart if you have any problems.

The only reason I went with RCMart was because the shipping to Canada was only $9, if I ordered it from SP USA they wanted $35 to ship. They claimed that there was no cheaper method when I questioned the shipping cost. That should have been my first reason too walk away.

the esc was really easy to program and setup, looking forward to test it on the track!

Hi,

I am setting up my Speed Passion reventon pro for the 1st time in 13.5 boosted.
I was just wondering what the following mean in regards to boost and turbo?
1) Hybrid boost active, this ranges from 30% up to 100%. (in 10% steps)
2) Hybrid boost maximum, this ranges from 110k up to 150k. (in 5k steps)
3) Hybrid boost start rpm, this ranges from 3000 rpm up to 15000 rpm. (in 1000 rpm steps)
4) Hybrid boost delay, this ranges from 0s up to 0.8s. (in 0.1 steps)

Thanks

my 8.5R motorshaft is bend, where can i get a cheap new one? (shaft/rotor/whatever i need to fix it). This one: http://shop.teamspeedpassion.com/com...rotor-super-7/ seems a bit expensive for a motor which only costs 10$ more.

$30 for a rotor is about what every brand costs. Maybe it would be better to pick up a motor? New stator, bearings, etc...

Just curious.....how did you bend the motor shaft?

I have a speed passion stock spec speedo and it has pretty much zero brake . Is there any way to fix it? Also I have the speed passion dyno programmer is it compatable with the spec speedo?
