Solara, do you know when Speed passion will be getting the Reventon Stock Club Race ESC instock. It's been "out" for a while but I've never seen it in stock.

Putting a Schumacher SX3 together and need to grab an ESC for it. I'm running Tekins in my other vehicles but noticed the SP has a purple heatsink that matches the Cat (I'm a sucker for looks). Any issues with a 7.5-8.5t and the low profile GT2 in a 4wd buggy? Is the capacitor an item that must be used (not sure where I can hide that thing if so)?

Thanks.
If you get the MMM series motor, you will get the extra low end power....once you have the super 7 rotor, you will gain more top end...

OK....keep an eye on the site, REVENTON "S" will be instock very soon (later this week or next week).

Reventon "Stock Club Race" will be 3rd week of June...and Reventon "R" will be right after.

REVENTON "S" can be software update to the new STOCK "0" software that will run blinky mode.....

I ran the CAT as well and used the LPF without any problem, there should be TONS of space left for the CAT to mount the cap. Yes, you do need the cap or you can have a 1 run ESC especially you are running 7.5-8.5T motor.

The SP 7.5 and 8.5 motor is the most popular motor for MOD OFF ROAD...our driver used that on 2WD and 4WD off road specificly...7.5 and 8.5 SP motor does not have the vent holes on the can, design specificly used for off road.

And yes, LPF can run boost software with 7.5 and 8.5...we have plenty of setup on that from our website.

Default sensor ?

Solara,

What causes a Sensor Board to go bad? In a 17.5r MMMv3.0 at 153'F, just went bad. I checked the sensor board with an Extreme Dyno checker.

My other SP17.5 motor at 164'F was perfectly fine all day at these temps. Both had the Blue Sensors installed at the same timing.

Thanks

What's the hot rotor/sensor board combo for the MMM 13.5? Indoor carpet track. How about FDR?

Yep, this. I -think- I found a super 7, we'll see if it actually ships. Presumably the 9.5-21.5 version is the one I want?

I just picked up a GT 2.1 Pro Stock, which I'm going to try in my boosted 17.5 TC. I'm looking for a good starting setup for a large outdoor asphalt track.

I'm coming from a Tekin RS, so I'm not new to boosted setups. I'm wondering how much info from the Tekin setup will be useful for me at my home tracks?

For a rough idea, I was running 5.35FDR, with 50deg boost, 5000-17000rpm, 14deg turbo, .3 delay, 2ramp, and 8deg motor timing on a Duo 3. That would come off at about 75*C with a yeah racing fan after a 6min run. I'm now using a Seis fan, with the Reflex fan mount.

Any help would be great.
