The coolers will work fine, if you don't mind a little condensation (water) on your sensor/circuit boards.

Oh, wait, in the early days of brushless, "they" said never use them! Now what to do?

Can anyone at Speedpassion please assist me? I need a RMA number issued for my defective motor, and I was doing online chatting with their tech support, after chatting for a while and the tech support just stopped responding even though his status is showing online.

Tried calling the USA toll free number and it tells me to press 0, and it went no where.

TIA,
Ron

Solara:
do speed passion offer any free or discounted upgrade for the people who have the first version of the cirtix club race esc that dont work with the LRP motors.

Can the software be updated?

from the first part of the manual

Features:
This Cirtix ESC is suitable for 1/10 1/12 cars and 1/10 trucks and 1/8 on and off road

Compatible with all sensored and sensorless brushless motors,

Built in ESC enhancement feature will allow updates to the latest DRRS Version 2.0 software and future new software developments. (Cirtix ESC PC-USB adaptor “PN#SPESCPB01” is sold seperately, please contact your local dealer or distributor for more information). Please visit www.speedpassion.net to look for new updated software and features for your Cirtix series ESC.

Sorry, that 1st batch of the ESC is almost like 2 years old. You can try contact your Australia distributor and see they are willing to offer you a discounted upgrade (no garrantee they would). There will be no update on that ESC.
