Have my new 17.5 3.0 and it is a so nicely crafted. Ran it a little bit, but getting the gearing dailled in.... Ording another....

If it runs half as well as it is made, these are gonna be the motors to have...

It would be awesome to have JOSH here to answering all the SP question and provide setup and support...

Hi guy's, This may have already been asked..but..I need a new esc and motor for my crc GenX 1/12th scale and was considering the SP LPF 2.0 esc and the SP 17.5 motor. Will this setup work with a 1s liPo and smart boost?
Thanks, George

It would appear they updated the website, I don't see it there either.

I use this esc in my wgt and no problems at all I do forget wich one they suggest for pan.. AWD may be able to answer this he is the one that updated it for me

Did you by chance solder the wire onto the connector while it was attached to the motor? Maybe it loosened from heat?

No, it had a slight wiggle from new which didn't bother me as it was minimal.. like less than .1mm side to side... but friday night it got worse and now it really moves about...

I'd say whoever solders the thing up the first time round needs a lesson on doing it correctly..

Hey guys, SP did launch a new site, I can get you software one of two ways, I can email it to you from my work email (it's like 6mb) or I can post a rapidshare and megaupload link here?

email sent.

Here is a question for those running VTA. I am running a Speed Passion GT2.0 ESC, and I am using full DRRS setting as well as the Full Timing setting. The car feels great on the top end, but compared to the really fast guy, it doesn't have as much punch in the infield. I am wondering if I am setting something wrong as far as the DRRS setting, which from my understanding is for punch control? I have it turned up to 8, which I thought was no DRRS, but could I actually be doing full limiting instead? (don't have my card with me right now, just wanting to confirm).
