Hi, I just buy a Reventon Pro and should receive it this week.
Sorry but I am concerned about the need to disconnect the fan when programming the ESC. Is it true that damage of this sort will occur if I leave the fan connected ?
What is the reason to have a separate regulator for the fan and not just feed it from the BEC ? Is it for future 1S application ?
Thanks !

The lipo cut off is turned off as well as the temp cut off. I also added the fan to see if it would help but it does not.
Any ideas ? LMK Thank you.
I have the same problem with 10.5...Any help?

So Speed Passion has impressed me with their hardware and now their customer service. I ordered another Stock Club Race ESC and after placing the order realized that I would like to have reverse. They were able to change my order before shipping. Top notch in my book. Most would have made the original order go through and then hassled me through the RMA process.

Word is...ROAR is about to approve the entire line of REVENTON series ESC for running the soon be release STOCK0 V20 software. It is still the same as the current Stock0 software except we have to have a VERSION # listed as this is the ROAR new rule....new update software should be out along with the new EOS winning off road software MOD2.

No...it won't damage anything, it just won't connect to the computer. Simply unplug it and it will connect to LCD or computer. We are actually working on re-working this issue and hopefully will never need to do that again.

Also, do not connect your LIPO on your ESC when plugging in the LCD and computer, THAT...for sure, will damage your computer. And we are also working on that and try to eliminate that issue.

What now for me ? My LCD doesn't show nothing ...

Work when I plug it on my computer but doesn't work with the ESC/Battery

I cannot update the LCD with plugging on CPU too

Ok, Roar approval is great. But what good is an ESC that shuts itself off ? Any answer on this issue ?

I believe I know a backend fix on this issue but I am not 100%, I need to try it tonight. I will get back to you tomorrow. Thanks for reporting this to me.
Anything on this? I still have a rev pro that wont calibrate or turn off.

Joey- I was going to test my ESC on my TC & F1 for Stock0 mode, but looks like Rain is in the forecast.

I have had 2 r's been in tc, buggy and sc with mortors from 17.5t down to 7.5t and never missed a beat only had to turn off lipo as I have old ones with low c rating
As for the software I had to fiddle with the USB files at first with the first ones but new ones work no problem and the wifi unit works great
