Thanks in advance.
I was helping at the track and the guy I was helping had the same issue... Turned out it was his sensor wire. It was not plugged in all the way. So make sure it is pushed way down into the esc and motor.
Someone can correct me if I am way off base, but it looks like the green blinking led is a sensor issue... Is there a listing of error codes somewhere. It would be helpfull when trying to locate a issue between the esc and motor.

i have bin out of the game for about 6/7 years now.
and the 2.0 pro would be my option

in the pdf manual it says

The voltage of the ESC fan socket is equal to the voltage of the battery, so please keep in mind that the voltage of battery CANNOT be over the voltage limit of the fan. (6 Cell Ni-xx or 2 Cell Lipo)

now what do they meam with 2 Cell Lipo ?

will tis ESC work with a (for example a Carbon Molecular 5400 45C 7,4V lipo)

I need some help. I am running a XeRun 13.5 (2,500kv) motor and SP 422 firmware with an FDR of 7.31 which seems perfect for my medium asphalt track as I hit full speed right at the end of the straight. My motor temp hit 205*F after 5 minutes and the outside air temp was around 75*F. I need it to run cooler, but how??? I thought I was already running conservative settings on my ESC.

My ESC settings are:

4/ 8
9/ 7
12/ 7
13/ 4
14/ 5
15/5

The car seems good all around with speed and braking, but the motor gets waaaay too hot! Please help!

No problem, that is a 2 cell lipo, it will work great, we’ve got some of the same batteries.

The lipo cells are 3.7 volts per cell nominal, thus a typical rating of 7.4 Volts for a standard 1/10 scale 2 cell lipo. You will also see them called a 2s lipo, for 2 in series. They max out at 4.2 volts per cell fully charged.

Just be sure you have the Low Voltage Cutoff turned on. Lipos are sensitive to over charge or over discharge, other than that they are darn near incredible.

Hey guys, thanks for the replies on the 52*. I'll patiently (???) wait.

-Dont chargers have a option to see whan they are full ?
-Do you have do discharge lipo's? (i was in the understanding not to do that)

you need to cool down motor temp by using proper heatsink (sp heatsink recommended), thermalpaste & 1 or 2 good fan (e.g. tornado fan from YR)

I am running a SP V2 11.5t motor with the 422 FW. My motor temp usually at 65-70*C. First I suggest that you get a heatsink and a fan to externally cool the motor. This will help alot.

If I'm you at that FDR, I'll use this setting: -

4/ 7
9/ 5
12/ 7
13/ 1
14/ 2
15/ 4

if u already replaced sensor wire and you still have blinking green light .
take your motor apart and clean the sensor if that dont work then you have a faulty sensor
