Posted on here hoping that one of you knows of a local shop that has Schumacher parts that I could call and pay them to send me a set...I have some on backorder from Schumacher, but we have a big race next weekend that I was hoping to make.

Dead in the water without the pivot blocks...

Appreciate the response...
You need the fixed roll center blocks?

I have a set of them. I use the alloy ones. Send me a PM. I can see if my wife can Fedex them to you.

This weekend's big race and the first outing of the Mi4 and my pivot blocks broke when just touching the barrier.

Lucky for me a local driver had his car there and lent me his due to him not racing his Mi4. Second race got hacked on the second corner when the car was very hooked up what a car, however second break for the same part.

Lucky Apexmodels had some alloy ones but it would seem this is a common part to break.

Can you please help explain why the fixed roll center blocks might help?

Cheers
Alex

My buddy got a Mi4 right around xmas time, and the first race day he ran, he broke 3 pivot blocks in his races. I took his car home to wire it and go through it, and he had the screws in his pivot blocks. I took them out like my car, and the next weekend he ran he plowed the wall a few times good and he didnt break anything all day. Try taking the screws out of the pivots. And if you run the titanium pins, they dont even have holes for a screw.

I built my car with the alloy roll center blocks. Never used the kit ones.

Sounds good! Just bring your car, you will make the last heat and the main as long as you get there before 9 at night Hopefully everyone is right with the days are going by faster. But I guess that means I can get more testing in. Haha

To run 17.5 lol. No thanks. 13.5 is boring enough LOL.

I will. Have a bunch of set up stuff to mess with. Have some stuff I want to try with my car. We will see how it goes

For me right now it's all about track time and with the new Tekin software I know of A-main reedy guys that have gotten a 17.5 faster than 13.5 Besides....Norcal isn't big enough to run 13.5 with the speeds the speedo's can do now.
