I heat them up a little with a heat gun.

I've put rings into boiling water for minute or so to heat them without any deformation. Worked well.

Yeah, the rings were a bugger, but not a show stopper, unlike the little surprise I found in my kit.

Damn you part number U3493 for slipping through QC with thread in neither top nor bottom!

Hopefully LHS can find another quick smart so I can complete her.

Still, rest is built and she's right purty.

I spoke to one of my mates who races for the UK schumacher team, i used the scalpel just to take a sleight layer of the inner edge of the plastic ring. they went on so easy, just trial and error, snap tight fit too.

i would definately recommend this method. took like 20 seconds to do the other pulley !

I remember many years ago when my Losi came with unthreaded shock shafts Looked like long hinge pins I'm sure if you contact Schumacher they'll take care of you. If you were local I know a couple of guys that would just give you the part you needed. Good luck and I hope you get on the track soon.

I'm sure it can be sorted, not worried, just annoyed.

ive got one screw which was in the bag for attaching the wishbones which is about 4mm longer than the others so i will have to get in touch with schumacher unless i see one of my mates next week, not a show stopper but i wont be racing it until i change.

Great kit tho.

Got a dremel? if its the one that goes into the bulkhead, just run it in the rearmost hole, it won't hit the diff there.
