Skiddens, unfortunatly removing a fence will have no effect. The fences can not touch the diff ring on the Mi4 as its a different design. Thanks though for the thought. I did check that maybe the diff ring was too big in the pulley, but its not, it slides around fine without the outdrives in.

Bambam, my thoughts as well. I am going to try bigger diff balls if possible. I tried less grease and its still a problem. Now to order some bigger balls. Oh that didn't come out right....

That's just the diff grease is all

my diff was also pretty still. Smooth, but it didn't turn easy. Break it in. And after a few packs it wears in. And boy Is is smooooooooooooth! So don't worry about it

I also have some 19 diff ball pulleys in the making. Should have my prototypes in a few weeks.

Where the bearing slides in at the middle of the diff gear, it is thicker. I sanded that down to make it the same thickness as the rest of the diff gear, where the balls sit in. After doing this, my diffs where alot smoother and free. Did't feel like something was catching anymore.

2nd in the Mod B wasn't bad either considering who he was up against. I know he only had one practice day with the car in mod before IIC and it was a smaller track.
