Default Victor Charger Problem

Not sure where to post this on this site but Stan the Man from tennesse said you guys might be able to help me out.
I have a Victor Super2 Iq FC.

I bought Victors Trac Pac and hooked it up to the Charger using a null modem cable (what I got told to use). I tried cycling a pack through my computer, It went through all the menus by itself and everything but when it tried to charge the pack nothing happened, I looked at the charger screen and it said "NICAD REVERSED", I immediatly checked the connections of the pack to the charger, everything was hooked up right, I unplugged the pack and the charger hasn't worked since.

All the charger does when I turn it on is beep 1 continuous beep for about 10 seconds then it stops and goes to the charge screen, I then can do nothing with the charger at all ecxept turn it off.

I have worked with JLOG trying to trouble shoot this problem, I have checked everything I can think of to check, I was hoping someone might know what is wrong, or if there is anyone that might know how to work on these. I have tried e-mailing the guy in Australia for help but he doesn't return my mail. I am really hoping someone here can help.
Thanks, Joel
