I think it's a software problem, I'll explain.
Carry out the procedure to load data from the sentry to the PC. The data is saved correctly on the PC, but when I go to open it tells me "Unable to load files".
I do not understand why and I have not found anyone with my problem.
My PC is a notebook with windows 7.
Any suggestions?

Thanks
Doesn't work on Windows 7. I ended up having to buy a netbook with XP on it to run it.

My Windows 7 is a 32-bit, on the same PC using the sw Tekin and Hyperion.
However, thinking that the problem could be the OS, I decided to install the sw on a pc with Windows XP. Result: the same, that always comes out the same message, unable to load files.
I checked if I did mistakes during storage, but everything is ok.
The sw that I use is that one of the CD, now I'm trying to download from the site to see if the novak sw of my CD is damaged.

I could never get it to work on Windows 7 but I ran dual OS's on that same PC. The other has Vista on it and ran fine. So it wasn't hardware for me and definitely something OS or SW related. I then got a netbook with XP and it worked fine there too. So for me I concluded it was just Windows 7.

32bit. there is too many things that don't run in 64bit and I use it too much for work to have things not work

It works fine on Windows 7, x86 and x64 versions.

If you are having issues, try downloading and using the Beta Software 1.1 from Novak's website. You may try uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling with this as well.

DO NOT plug in the Sentry until the software has been installed, otherwise the USB drivers may not register and load correctly.

Thumbs up

I solved the problem!
Do not ask me why, but it seems that the sw provided on the CD had problems. I downloaded that available from the site and everything worked perfectly on Windows 7. In this regard I noticed in the info that this version of the SW can run on Vista and Windows 7.
Now everything works correctly .... that cool !!!!!
Thanks to everyone for the advice!

Only top!
