Stratus versus Alfa 156
I'm running on carpet tracks, from very tight to medium tight and technically layout. Stock class.
I'm using Schumacher Mini Pins, one-way pulley, 1 deg. toe-in back and a fast servo, so I already got good quick response. Currently I'm running the Acura NSX body, which like to go straight.
Do you think the Alfa would give too much steering, or is it only slightly more steering than the Stratus?
EDIT: I forgot to tell, I've tried the Stratus and know how it is.

Body aerodynamics are coming into play at circuits with highspeed corners. On tight circuits it's all chassis that counts.

I think the handling characteristic's differences for all bodies only because their wing's design.

Yes, moving the wing back, forwards, up or down can make also a big difference. I think that the nose of a body makes also a difference but most noses are the same (stratus like). The nose of the alfa is diffenent I think.

Hmmm. Nope. The body also makes a huge difference on tight twisty tracks.
I've tried an HPI Audi Avant. Great steering, but the rear is extremely loose. Real bad handling body. I tried to put on the Stratus wing. It was better, but not good enough. So I don't believ it's the wing, that makes the difference.

Maybe it was not the wing effect that made the car go a "little better" but the extra weight?? That makes sense since at low speeds it does not really matter wing or no wing. What does matter is where the weight is!

Has nobody tried both the Stratus and Alfa 156?
Do the Alfa got slightly or much more steering compared to the Stratus?

I think the alfa has more steering. That is at high speeds say above 30 mph. Over here we have much races at big scale circuits.

The new Parma Mohawk 2 has all the steering of the Alfa, but with added stability.
