check for wear on the ball and the outdrive, if the outdrive has a notch in it, it could cause some weird handling issues.

Yeah. Looks like they might have been hacked. There is a questionable Java installer popping up. Probably one of those fake antivirus things again.

OD, whoever handles the site, you should probably get them to change the password for ftp access to your host. Make it something complex (Upper and lower case letters + numbers + symbols and no words or names)

Thanks for the heads up guys, and the good advice Dave. It appears that we have indeed been hacked. We are new to this and not prepared to handle it in short order, it's not the sort of thing we need when we are as busy as it is right now. We'll try to get things working and keep everyone posted. In the meantime you can always send us an email to order or visit one of our online dealers, like A Main Hobbies or Speedtech RC. Of course your LHS can also order for you from us as well.

Servo mounting looks a tad odd. Any hints? I've seen a bunch of guys Shoe-goo them in instead of using the mounting hardware and 50 shims.

What servo are you using Kling? A few of us have been running within a hole for the outside wing, and drilling an additional mounting hole. This works for the JR 8800S or Spektrum 6040 servo (along w/ a little dremel work on the servo case).

I can pull together some measurements tomorrow if people are interested...

Whats the point of a narrower chassis if the motor is in the same position... and the batteries are still moved far out to compensate?

The weight location isn't the point to the narrower chassis. The point to narrowing the chassis is to allow the car to roll more without touching the racing surface.

That being said..... I would assume one of the next steps would be moving the motor in as well.
