I would think that might be your Problem I have only broken a bellcranck when my car went full speed down a 100 ft straight and slammed into the wall (lost steering) and The bellcranck was the least of my problems.. back off some steering throw and make sure the bellcrank arm isnt hitting the servo or anything for that matter...I am using a spool up front (lots of stress on front end parts) and have hit things and never broke a bellcrank that way, I am not using full steering lock .

my diff bolt was protruding well past my diff nut.. nearly an eigth of an inch.. using less beveled washers will only cause the nut to retreat.. i guess i could have used a thicker collar on the thrust side. funny even the cad drawing shows the tip of the bolt protruding.. the end of mine was shinny where it had been rubbing.. i see the blades are "out of stock". i must not be alone..

If your still running the original 45mm dog bones and trying to run more then 1.5* of rear camber that's how there breaking. If you go to the 44.5mm pick up the CVD collars at the same time. They really help free up the dog bones.
