Justin is that your wt oil in the shocks? 55wt front and 45wt rear?

you need to post your setup entirely and the changes from the "LF" setup.. my car has been getting faster as i run it, and easier to driver even on high bite conditions.. even running against "new" version cars.

I was able to TQ at our local Toys for Tots race and take the win this past weekend. previously, i had also won 2 weeks in a row. now thats 3 wins and a TQ in 3 races straight... Before this, i would only be able to qualify top 3 at best for a year at my local track.

what o-rings are you using?
what brand of oil?
why so heavy with the oil in the front end? i'd recommend running the same oil front and rear. i run 42.5wt losi to begin with where ever i go.

what springs are you running?

heck, what setup are you running? have you tried one of Larry's?

I see people talking about O rings a lot...

I just bought the 30 deg oil mixed for a rebuild. It gets pretty hot here (But thats what was in stock) will these be ok?

Please, teach me!

Been running the 40 degree.. they hold up longer than 30 degree. Orings start to absorb oil and grow causing the shaft to slow down. If you spray your shocks with motor spray that could destroy thd orings too... making 10wt oil feel heavier than 100wt.

I see a number of differences from that setup to the one I have posted a bunch of times.

Front:
I run 1mm shims for trackwidth not 2mm
I always run the middle hole on the tower.
I usually run 1.5mm shim on the inner camberlink. Sometimes 2mm
I always run 45 or 42.5 losi shock oil in the front
and the alum front knuckles are not good for rubber tires. The ackerman difference between the outer hole on these to the composite ones is massive. This could be a major part of the problem here.

Rear:
I run my car with wheelbase 2.5 front of arm 1mm rear
Question? about camber link plate? Are you running the optional plate in the rear super long? Like where the screw is on top of the bearing? If so that is wrong you want the middle hole here. This is also another major issue if that is how you have it. It will make the rear super lazy.
Rear tower I usually run the 3rd hole in sometimes the 4th hole on carpet
usually run 42.5 rear losi oil.
5.5 rideheight rear 5.2 front

I also usually run the weight I had to add on the front of the battery and servo but that is up to you. The car should be easier to drive the farther forward you put the weight.

Battery pushed all the way forward also.

Try all those changes. Please try them all together at one time.

Sounds good might be a few weeks .. yea I don't know if I can afford running the plastic front carriers. Lol those things r just stupid brittle ... Would using the inner hole be better ?

Run xray medium steering blocks/knuckles
Make sure u have a manly bumper - top hard or Parks photon bumper. The wimpy top soft bumper is just asking to break knuckles

Hi,

What's the difference of the 3 versions of springs? Alpfa, Beta, Gamma? I'm interested for asphalt and usually not good traction
