there are steel cup, compatible with u-pro spool?
Have Hanulec send you a set of the MIRA outdrives and run ECSs, the best solution for a spool.

I had my best ever outing at The Coliseum yesterday -- the first time there with my Photon. My first two quals were rough due to tire issues, but in the third round I got a '3' .. and I was on my way to getting a 5 or 6 for round four until I 'sent' myself and ejected a battery - doh! Thanks again to Larry for the pointers before and during the day.... I'm just happy to not re-live the horror of the 2009 Asphalt Nats

anyway.. Larry stole the show - TQ (all four rounds - qual points) and winning the 13.5T (blinky) class. Also within the 13.5T a-main was Arvin and myself. Within the 17.5T a-main was Jerry, Rob and Nelly.

All of the a-main TOP Photon runners were running Side Piece Racing Mira Outdrives to enable reliable multi-joint front drive shafts (XRay ECS). Thanks for the support fellas...

I have to write that setup down from yesterday. That was a good one for me.

That was the best that any of my cars had ever been at the C.

Lots of Photons in that Area. I like it.

On to Jackson next week.

Good to see you guys yesterday. Your car really looked good. Mine felt good. But, just couldn't put it in the show. See you in two weeks at Jackson.

On saturday he ran his car that has the lipo chassis that has been slimmed a little bit. At 'The C's' cars don't drag, so it doesn't really matter how narrow/wide the chassis is.

Is the single screw layshaft modification ok to use with modified?

I want to try it but I cant help thinking it would flex a lot (Possibly causing gear mesh problems) ???
