You would need 2 straps. one fuzzy, one hooks. one attached in the front and the other in the rear and then overlap them
That is what I was hoping. I just need to find this type of strap that has a hole setup for a screw or maybe it was just poked threw. If there is one with a hole that has it does anyone know part numbers or what brand makes it?

Coming from the 6 cell chassis, the narrow chassis is money. More traction, more corner speed, and more consistent. It was so much easier to drive. I had some of my best racing to date today with the photon.

the person probably had to cut or punch out a hole

I asked the guy who's car it was and he said they came with a hole. Asked where he got it but haven't heard. I just haven't found any like that. Maybe they were like that before but not anymore... I was just looking for an easy low cost battery strap. I guess its not a big deal. I will just buy the one for the car at some point or I could punch a hole myself. I just thought that would end up breaking easy that way.

Just finished putting my car together. Got a question, what servo mounts are you guys using for KO servos? I have a KO 2413 and neither one of the servo mounts work. Neither line up with holes on the mount.

I have mine secured with servo tape as well. I've running it like that for almost a year now.

I just ordered one of these to take a look. Does anyone have a velcro strap on a 6cell chassis that they can post a picture of?

Thanks!

rcfriend what are you having trouble with? spacing between the ears or the height off the deck?
my servo is held in place with tape and a motor mount brace on one the side at the front of the car. it's not a ko though.
the method was spawned earlier in this thread. nice part about it is the brace does not stand off the deck all that much, you should be able to get the right fit using a few spacers. works well for me.
