I know i do and it fít's like a glove. They are also half the price of the TOP pulleys.
No spacers needed at all and the spurs runs straight as an arrow.
You can even switch centre pulley's on it like 20,19 or 21 so you can create a different interal ratio.
Only thing that is different are the bearings.
You need to use the Tamiya F1 front wheel bearings on this pulley set.

I was thinking of using this as well. Do you still need to ream the spur gear?

EZoff can make them silver its actually a good idea. Once I switched to the steel layshaft, I can't say that the plastic pulleys have given me any issues, and it weighs considerably less.

If you use Xenon or Kimbrough spurs no,you won't have to ream out the spurs.

Would it be possible to use the 3racing pulleys with different gear counts? Does it allow the left and right gear to be of different size/tooth counts? This could be interesting to create an over drive.

Yes to all of it. I had those 3 racing pulleys on my HB Cyclone.

so is this right , all you need is ..

part no . 3r-sak-07 and the 3r-sak-vo5

and just the different size bearings and the original centre shaft ..

to be honest theres nothing wrong with mine ( both photons ) but its a nice cheap bit of bling !! and it serves a purpose too ..

Any input would be appreciated.

i've collected one or two posts from Larry and threw them all together in one page. i've also added information that i've learned about the car in the three race weekends.
