Drove the photon for the firsttime today. It is easy to drive but a little bit twitchy. My only problem was my pulley getting loose (i can't tighten it up because I had a hard time replacing the spur the last time, EJ, I emailed TOP about the steel shaft and still no reply) anyways I did some adjustments to suit my driving style and may need a little bit more on the next outing.

We've had an extremely high order and email volume this last couple of weeks and its been hard to keep up. We'll send you a replacement and some shims for the cost of shipping. Just send another email with your shipping address and put "warrenty replacement" in the subject line.

Got my lipo chassis today on the mail and was very excited opening it, to my surprise there really is not much difference between the lipo chassis and the 6 cell chassis, thickness is the same and screw holes are almost the same. My question to all photn expert is , Is there really a significant difference when it comes to handling, driveability etc. I thought the Lipo chassis would be narrower. Please somebody tell me I'm wrong.

narrow lower deck will have more corner speed as the side of the lower deck wont scrubbing during fast cornering...narrow will have little more flex than the std lower deck

If you had the stock rubber tire 6cell chassis you will notice a pretty big difference. I believe the "Stiff LIPO" chassis is actually a bit thinner than the stock, but anyways. Its made out of a different type of carbon fiber, which is much stiffer.

Especially on carpet I think you will like the new chassis. IMO it is more consistent, and easier to drive.

well The chassis not even bit narrower, same dimensions. I'm not trying to bash photon I switch from HB to photon and it's a blast to drive it.or maybe it,s already narrow compared to other chassis brand.
