I dont disagree it's a fine line. You never want to be at the track without a spare but at the same time you dont want to overspend on spares. I usually draw the line at suspension parts to start and any small/unique screws or shims that could be easily lost when working on a car. Then I see what happens. If something does break or wear out then I will usually buy 2 of those just to be safe.

The kit will come with clamping wheel hubs (hexes) like Josh stated.

Am I correct in assuming the listed spare suspension parts etc. are for the rubber chassis and the springs are packaged per pair? When I spoke with Michael, he said something about making up a spare parts and option part package. Are you still contemplating that?

They are more of a wear item, rather than something you'd break like suspension components. The photon should be pretty good on its drivetrain with the oversized pulleys but they'll still wear out eventually, and you don't want to be without a spare when they start getting marginal

someone wants their car to be all matchy matchy. I have considered this as well, my LRP gear looks great in the Tamiya but it's going to clash horribly with the TOP. I've also thought about getting all the parts stripped and anodized blue, but there seems to be A LOT of them
