Good weekend with the car. Started with a push and made some changes throughout the day to make the car turn better. TQ'ed during round 1 and then stepped it up in round two knocking 5 seconds off my time. Made some bad changes to the speedo in round 3 and pulled it off the track after 3 laps. After taking a few bumps and bruises on lap 1 of the main, I fell back to 5th. Quickly worked back through traffic and took over the lead with about 2 minutes left. We had a great battle, swapping positions on about every lap. Fell to second with less than 30 seconds on the clock and ended the race just a couple 1/10s out. Probably the most fun I've had on the track in awhile.

(Congrats DaveW)

Hi,

Can you share what you did to tweak your car so that it pushes less?

I am experiencing understeer from mid to exit of the corner, and its really frustrating...

thanks

Started with EJs South Africa setup. Changed roll centers to medium high and shorted the rear wheel base. Made a couple droop adjustments and finished the day. I still think there's more in the car but it got better through the day. Solaris Hard tires were running good all day long.

Default New Photon

I just bought a New Photon special edition kit. Wondering if you all can give me some ideas what I'll need for spare parts and tuning stuff. I'll be running rubber tire on carpet only, I'm an experienced racer.

thanks for any help

out of the box I would:
replace the front alloy dogbones for steel ones,
and use a servo saver, otherwise you will break the bell crank with a big hit,

Also what anti roll bar mounts are these?
