This car has the best diff I have ever built. It was super smooth when I built it and got better every time on the track.

Thanks to Schreff for getting me steered in the right direction with the car.

Car ran great all weekend!! Stayed on pace for podium all qualifying rounds and triple A-mains!! As traction came up.. car got better!!!
I had my previous car(other manufacture) for sale on the counter during the Nats. Well it sold, and purchased a new Photon US version kit with the new spare parts! The added steel spool outdrives are awesome!!!

As for asphalt Nats... i think some of us racers from Mimis are planning to attend!!! My girl is planning hotel and airfare reservations early..

EJ i posted the Nats videos on the Nationals thread.. i was running the bronze color car...

Arv.
The car and driving looked great! Asphalt nats The track is awesome!

Tony is correct. Also, check around, some hobby shops still have them in stock.

Default Roche spool

Hi Chaps this has probably been covered already so sorry, I am running the roche spool instead of the stock unit after having a couple brake on me last year. Apart from the reliability advantage is there any other reason to keep this or is it time to try the stock one again. And if so steel spool outdrives ? I would like to use the the stock ones but wanted to check first.

You can also run the aluminum outdrives for the spool. I put them on my car and they have been awesome.

Would somebody be able to scan and post the pic of Josh's prototype out of Xtreme RC's snowbirds coverage? I can't get the mag in England but would love to get a hint of where this CEFX mkII version is going.
