I know that EJ's original Reedy setup showed small hole pistons, but he actually used the larger pistons.

I just picked up a Photon an realized there is no balancing holes in the chassis. How do I balance the car?

There is a small hole in the middle of the front and rear shock towers. You could just use string of some sorts, I use dental floss (reminds me to floss afterwards) Load the car up and pick it up with a piece of string on the front and another on the rear from a flat level surface. Whatever side leaves the surface first is the light side.

Is this offer to remain in affect for the near foreseeable future?

I'm planning on buying a USA spec rubber kit near the end of March for a couple reasons, one of which is hoping the USA spec kits will be in the pipeline by then, the other for financial reasons.

I just don't want to be surprised and wish I'd bought one now while this great offer is in affect.

But I've convinced myself this will be the chassis to replace my aging Losi JRX-S.

Here is his Reedy setup. He's now using 324 front springs and 1.2mm hole pistons.

He's fast on the track.....but slow on the internet

We have no plans to stop selling the USA Spec kits. We want the kits we sell to all our dealers and customers to have this added value to encourage people to buy their Photon in the good old US of A

You don't need to worry about the kits being in the pipeline, they are now. If you buy a kit now and it is not the USA Spec kit you can get it upgraded for free (+cost of shipping) by us with proof of purchase.

We do run out of kits at times, though, so you should check with us or your lhs periodically so we won't be out when you try to order one

Not sure what he's running, but I've been using 45/40 with great success. And last time we talked about oil he was using the same.
